Where’s my YPN Payment?
Five days have gone by since Yahoo posted in my publisher account that my direct deposit payment has been processed. I’ve check my bank account 10 times a day since March 24th and still have no received the deposit. My Adsense payment showed up yesterday, but where is my YPN payment.
The first thing I did was contact my bank to see if I have any unclaimed deposits floating around in space. The lady said the only way a deposit would not be made is if the routing number is wrong. So i verified my routing number with her. After this she mentioned that I was issued a new routing number, several months ago, but that my old one should still work. Of course my old routing number works because I get deposits from Google and Paypal all the time using my old routing number.
So I wrote down the new routing number she gave me and attempted to call YPN support (1-866-785-2636) but of course no one answers. It’s a voicemail asking you to leave a message and phone number and they will get back to you. I didn’t leave them a message yet because I’m at work right now and don’t want them calling me back while I’m busy. I will attempt to call them again no my lunch break. I did email though, however I don’t expect a response within 24 hours.
I hope the routing number issue is the problem. Although I’m not sure it is. I have received a YPN payment before almost 1 year ago and I didn’t change any of my info since then. I doubt they’re mailing me a check, because in the payment section on my account it says March 24th / Direct Deposit / Transaction # XXXXX.
I really want this money though! I’m getting $450 from them and need it to pay some bills.

Is this your first payment from them ? We had hiccups when setting up direct deposit with google. The first payment was a bit late I believe.
He said he recieved one about a year ago which is a long time.
Its weird that they didnt answer the call. I called them about a month ago when I was setting up my account and they answered the phone and even called back the next day to make sure everything was working.
I hope it resolves itself shortly.
I had this same issue as my bank merged and the number changed, Yahoo! payments would not go to the old number. I was able to a hold of the support team and they were very helpful.
It did however take a few months to get the payment though as the accounting practice will only send out payments within a certain timeframe.
Well I called YPN over my lunch break and they said that since I adjusted my bank information 8-10 days before the DD went out (I think I did this about 10 days ago just to verify they had my correct info), that they could not send me my money via DD until the bank account is verified.
So they mailed my check yesterday.. hopefully I get it in a few days.
Glad to hear you got it sorted out finally. I’m surprised it was processed at all without a verified account since you selected DD but that must be YPN’s policy. At least your money is on the way.
